I gotta tell y'all how often I use this cartridge and the answer is everyday! I have had so much fun playing with this it is just fantastic. If you are interested in getting this bundle, please click on my link and order from me. Shipping is quick and easy. Let me explain what you get in the bundle. You get the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge with over 700 images, that's right, 700. You get three stamps sets that coordinate with the cartridge and three sheets of chipboard tags that coordinate with the stamps and images. All for only $99 (plus tax, shipping and handling). Most Cricut cartridges go from $45-$70, and you're only getting the cartridge. This is a great buy because you are getting so much more than the cartridge. Easy Shmeazy Picture Frames:)
Materials needed:
  • Close To My Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge
  • Cricut Personal Paper Machine
  • Sponge
  • Your favorite glue pen I used the Martha Stewart glue pen because that's all I had:)
  • Close To My Heart Exclusive Stamp Pads - I used: Bamboo, Indian Corn Blue, Cocoa, Goldrush and Star Spangled Blue
  • Hot glue gun
First Plug your cricut machine in and put your cartridge in. I chose the image on page 58 on the lower right hand corner and the rose image. I set the corner swirl image at 3 in and the rose at 2.5 in.

After you have cut out your images grab your ink and sponge and get ready to dig and sweep the outer part of the rose.
Go ahead and grab the sponge, press it against the ink and brush the rose image. You want to have a sweeping motion going one way.
Now with the quilling tool or a pen, start to wrap the smallest part of the rose around and just roll.
Now pull the tool out of the flower, but go slow so that it doesn't rip apart. You should have your glue gun plugged in already so that you can go ahead and put some glue in the middle of that half moon part of the rose. Press the flower into the glue gently and hold for a few seconds. Be cautious of the heat!
Now you want to grab your frame, peel any protective covering it may have and use your glue pen to place glue on the back part of the swirl image. Place on the frame and put hot glue on the back part of the rose. Now place the rose in the corner of the swirl image. Not too hard right!

Made these picture frames for my first 5 likes on Facebook. Pretty easy to make all you need is a plastic picture frame, (got these at Walmart each for under a buck), your favorite paper, a Cricut personal paper cutter, and the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. Click on my link and order it today! Optional add on I used was a quilling tool, but a pen works the same. Details to come soon!
